Creamy chevre pasta with bacon, walnuts and pears

Enjoy this fantasctic pasta dish with chevre, bacon and walnuts.


  • Prep Time: 20 min Cooking Time: 10 min.

  • 4-6 servings

  • 300 grams of uncooked pasta (I used gluten-free)
  • 250-300grams of bacon
  • 1 package of creamy goat cheese
  • 70 grams of walnuts
  • 1/2 bag arugula
  • 4 pears
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Cook the pasta, drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it crisply in a frying pan. Put aside. Peel the pears and cut them into pieces. Pour the pear pieces and walnuts over the bacon. Stir everything together with balsamic sauce and honey.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix the goat cheese and arugula with pasta. Pour the mixture onto a large platter and top with the bacon-pear-walnut mixture.

Decorate with a little arugula and red pepper.
