A really good dinner. My tip is to double the recipe for the steaks !

- 4 servings
Steaks:
- 400-500 g mixed minced meat
- 1 bag of French onion soup (powder)
- 1 dl of milk
- black pepper, coarsely ground
Cream Sauce:
- 5 dl cream
- 1.5-2 meat bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsp blackcurrant jelly
- a dash of Chinese soy
- Thickener (Maizena)
Steaks:
Mix a bag of French onion soup with 1 dl of milk and let this swell for about 10 minutes. Mix the onion soup into the mince. Shape into patties. Fry the steaks in a frying pan on medium heat.
Sauce:
Place all ingredients except the stock in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Make thicker with Maizena.
Serve with wedge potatoes, oven-roasted carrots and salad.
