Recipe for super tasty and super sticky, sticky chocolate cake. It is quick and easy to make because you stir the batter directly in the pan. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream.

• 12 pcs

• 100 g Butter
• 2½ dl granulated sugar (approx. 225 g)
• 2 Eggs (approx. 126 g)
• 1 dl wheat flour (approx. 60 g)
• 3 tablespoons cocoa (approx. 18 g)
• Vanilla sugar (approx. 3 g)

Garnish: Icing sugar

Set the oven to 175°.
Melt the butter in a pot. Lift the pan off the plate.

Stir in sugar and eggs, mix well. Stir in the other ingredients so that everything is well mixed.

Pour the batter into a greased and breaded form with a removable rim, approx. 24 cm in diameter.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. The cake will be low with a fairly hard surface and a little sticky in the middle.

Let the cake cool. Dust with icing sugar. Serve with cream or ice cream and fruit.
