Overnight oats are a perfect cold porridge to prepare the day before. In the morning, you can then top with fruit, berries and nuts of your choice. It will be a wonderful start to the day!
- Prep Time: 10 min Cooking Time: minimum 4 hours
- 2 servings
- 2 dl oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- approx. 0.5 krm salt
- 2 dl oat drink, Milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cream vanilla powder
Mix oatmeal, chia seeds and salt.
Add milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour into two bowls or glasses. Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Cut fruit, berries or nuts and top with.
