Simple and quick recipe for spaghetti carbonara with cream and bacon, a classic in many families with children. Spaghetti or tagliatelle are best, but choose the pasta you like best. Top with parmesan and black pepper!

- 4 servings
- 300 g tagliatelle or other spaghetti
- 240 g of bacon
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 dl grated parmesan cheese
- 1 dl cream or milk
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 4 eggs, yolks only
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in lightly salted water, drain the water.
Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan and drain on a paper towel.
Mix egg yolks, cream, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and pressed garlic in a bowl.
Mix the batter with the pasta and bacon.Top with grated parmesan and black pepper.
