- 100 gr. butter
- 100 gr. flour
- 5 tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
- 2-3 tbsp. cream
The cold butter, flour and cheese are mixed to a crumbly mass. The cream is added.
The dough should be quite firm. When it has been allowed to rest and cool, it is rolled out thin and rolled out to 1 cm. wide lengths that are twisted two and two around each other.
The bars are cut exactly the same length, placed on a baking sheet, brushed with egg and sprinkled with grated cheese. Bake until light yellow in a not too hot oven.
