For Cake:
- 2 eggs
- 65 gr. sugar
- 1 knife scraped deer antler salt
- 40 gr. flour
For cream:
- 80 gr. apricots
- water
- 50 gr. sugar
- 3½ dcl. milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 gr. sugar
- 2½ leaves gelatin
- 60 gr. butter
he two egg yolks are mixed white with the sugar, flour and deer antler salt, finally the whipped whites are mixed in and the batter is baked in a greased frying pan. Put on a plate.
The fruit, which has been soaked, is boiled with sugar without being allowed to break.
The milk is boiled and the yolks stirred with the sugar are added together with the rinsed gelatin. When the cream has cooled, the cold butter and the beaten egg whites are mixed in and the cream is placed on the cold cake and garnished with the apricots.
