Luxurious dessert cake with ice cream and strawberries.

For sponge cake:
- 4 whole eggs beaten with 250 gr. sugar, 2-3 tbsp. water until it bubbles and rises, then add 65 gr. potato flour, 60 gr. flour. Bake in a medium oven.
For filling:
- 3 dcl. thick cream
- 50 gr. block chocolate
- 50 gr. powdered sugar
- vanilla sugar
- Pastor sugar and vanilla are boiled in a little water until smooth, the block chocolate is melted, when everything has cooled it is mixed into the cream whipped to a stiff foam. Freeze for three hours
The cake is cut into two bottoms. The top side is glazed with chocolate glaze and strawberries are placed over the entire surface. Just before it is served, the glace is sliced up and placed on the other bottom.
The bottom with the strawberries, which you have arranged before, is gently allowed to slide over.
