Recipe for an easy-to-make pineapple ice cream.
- Prep Time: 15 min Cooling Time: 2-3 hours
- 4 servings
- 3 yolks
- 75 gr. sugar
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 2 dcl. Whipped Cream
For garnish: pistachio almonds
Beat the yolks and sugar white.
Save a slice of pineapple for garnish, cut the rest very finely with a stainless steel knife and add to the egg cream.
The whipped cream is stirred in and everything is put in the freezer.
When serving, slice the glace into serving glasses with a heated dessert spoon. Garnish with pieces of pineapple and a little chopped pistachio.
