Press down a clove of garlic. Lay down the minced lamb and add eggs, chopped herbs, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to a smooth batter and form oblong meatballs that you place on a rinsed plate or cutting board.<\/p>\n<p>Fry the meatballs all around in olive oil in a frying pan. After a few minutes, add the rest of the chopped onion and a clove of garlic and let it fry until the onion is soft.
