Use a large saucepan.<br \/>\nSprinkle the flour over the leek, stir and dilute with milk and cream.<br \/>\nLet the stew boil for 3-5 min.<br \/>\nSalt and season the stew.<br \/>\nRemove the pan from the stove and stir in the eggs and cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-bake the pie crust at 225 degrees celcius for about 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in the filling and bake for 15-20 minutes, the pie should &#8216;stay&#8217; and get a nice colour.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class='printomatic pom-default ' id='id3871'  data-print_target='body'><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lovley pie with leek.
