Set aside. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it crisply in a frying pan. Put aside. Peel the pears and cut them into pieces. Pour the pear pieces and walnuts over the bacon. Stir everything together with balsamic sauce and honey.<\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and pepper. Mix the goat cheese and arugula with pasta.
